Kudos to Summit Fencing for the quality work making our community safer. This wall had a hazard of stepping off that was obscured by shrubbery. The extremely low maintenance aluminum fence protects folks from inadvertently stepping off the wall now.

Here is an example of the improvements going on with the sidewalk refresh. The roots of our wonderful trees tend to cause our sidewalks to become uneven over time, thus require us to do a little maintenance.

Phase I (East side) of the parking lot seal coating is complete and looks great! Thank you to all the residents who got their cars moved on time this morning.
