All smiles after this closing! Condos can be complicated but they don’t have to be! After showing our Vinings condo listing to a prospective tenant he decided to buy instead of renting and invest in himself! The loan process proved a bit challenging but we pulled in the condo queen Libby Quiner Holt and she got us to the finish line in less than 2 weeks!
