Some people swear by it. Some people think it’s nutso.

If you’ve never heard of it, there’s a long standing real estate tradition of burying a St. Joseph statue in the yard of a home that’s for sale. Supposedly, St. Joseph helps bring the right buyer and a smooth sale.

Do I think a statue sells a house? Nope.

Great pricing, preparation, and marketing are what get homes sold. But if a centuries-old tradition gives us a little extra luck… who’s to say no?! 😉

As 2025 wraps up, I just want to say thank you.

To my clients who trusted me with big decisions, messy emotions, and very real money. To friends who referred me, shared my posts, or said my name when someone needed an agent. And to everyone who supported me behind the scenes…you know who you are.

This year I helped 24 clients buy or sell homes and closed just under $10 million in sales. I’m proud of that, but I’m even more grateful for the people and the stories behind those numbers.

And for what it’s worth… 2026 is going to be a big year for Sage & Cedar. New ideas, bigger vision, and some things we’ve been quietly working on for a while now. More soon.
