Selling your house doesn’t have to be overwhelming. The one thing I hear most, especially from sellers who “have to sell their home”, is this: “I still live here. Buyers need to understand!” 🤨

Like you, buyers are human and can be judgmental. If you can’t keep your home tidy, what else are you “letting go” in the maintenance of your home.

Buyers want to picture themselves and their things in their new home. Sellers should declutter in every room. Less is more! Keep your home tidy for showings: make your beds, keep the refrigerator clean, and take out the trash. Yes! Buyers open doors, drawers and cabinets!

Homes sell at/near their full list price in the first 30 days of being on the market.
