The JK Team is a client centric real estate team focused on providing each buyer and seller with a personalized platform for success, turning clients dreams into realities. Meet Jacki and Kristi:
JACKI GOULD -
Jacki, an avid jock who played and led many different team and club sports from age 4 on, grew up in Little Rock and spent 3 years as a UALR Trojan prior to leaving Arkansas. In 1996, Jacki moved to Atlanta and went from working tables to managing the Flying Biscuit Café in a short period of time. “The education I received in the food service industry prepared me more for life then college did,” she says. “You learn very quickly how to work well with different personalities and solve problems with a cool disposition.”
In 1999, she joined the Shea and Carol Team at ReMax Metro Atlanta and worked her way from a trainee to a co-owner of the group. After 15 years she decided to venture out on her own and, in 2014, formed a new team with Kristi Mueller, called the Jacki and Kristi Team. In the time Jacki has spent as a Realtor, she has consistently been one of the top 5 agents in Dekalb County, earning various prestigious sales and customer service awards. With an eye for detail and an interest in inspections, she has learned how to look at properties from the inside out. “I have never found a crawlspace I won't venture into, a problem that is not solvable or a wish list that is too demanding," she says. She works tirelessly to educate her buyers and sellers on the current state of the market and refuses to steer anyone toward an unwise investment. “It’s my reputation on the line and these clients depend on me to guide them honestly and selflessly, and I love every minute of it! Still an enthusiastic sportswoman, Jacki plays softball, enjoys mud races, runs around Candler Park, paddle boards wherever she can and enjoys her four legged family in her great, big back yard.

KRISTI MUELLER -
Kristi Mueller was raised on a small farm in the picturesque town of Sweet Home, Oregon, with her mom, dad and two brothers. “My first job was catching fish from our pond and selling them to people in the community,” she fondly recalls. Davis to play water polo, further her education and live in a city with more than 2 stoplights. She graduated in 1991 with a BA in English -- and a national college water polo title. The same year, she also received her California real estate license. Kristi brought the same passion and drive to her new career that she had carried into the pool. At the age of 22, she earned the title “ Realtor Rookie of the Year” for sales volume for the city of Davis, CA, and she has received real estate awards and honors for her achievements on behalf of her clients every year she has been a realtor. Kristi continued selling real estate in Yolo County and San Francisco prior to joining the dot.com boom, working for several years in marketing and PR in the corporate sector. In 2001 she returned to real estate and joined her brother, Jeff, in Atlanta, GA, where the pair became one of the most successful REO real estate teams in the state. In 2012, she shifted her focus to residential real estate, joining forces in 2014 with Jacki Gould, already a successful and established presence in the Metro area real estate market. It was a perfect fit. “I have been part of a team since the day I was born. I was successful on my own, but I really missed the camaraderie of a team and what it brings to my clients.”
Kristi now resides in Decatur, GA, with her husband Eddy and twins, Charlie and Zoe. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and still fishes, swims and gardens in her spare time. She values the many lessons life has taught her and loves the business she first beganin back in 1991. “Real estate gives me a sense of balance that comes with being part of a community. You get to help a person close one chapter of their life and begin a new entirely new book.
