It is truly an honor to sell a home in my own neighborhood. I've sold 3 houses in The Willows, each in fewer days on market than any other sales on the street. It's even nicer when my client and friend emails: "You are a great realtor as well as neighbor/friend."

This was a fun sale. I wish I had more great, affordable townhouses like this. So many buyers could use a home like this. The sellers were great - it took three years, but we finally got it on the market and sold!

When a client is happy, I'm happy. This made me happy. I was honored to be chosen by Robin after she terminated her first offer, and more than one investor tried to take advantage of her lack of knowledge of real estate transactions. It's such a pleasure to be with a happy seller at closing!

I am honored to have been his family's Realtor, b/c Will works with Realtors all day long, and his family chose me to help them buy and sell their homes. We closed last week just in time, b/c their third child arrived TODAY!!
