A NEW BROKERAGE. MORE POWERFUL TOOLS. SAME INTOWN ATLANTA EXPERTISE. 🏡✨
I’m excited to finally share some big news: I’ve joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s Global Luxury office in Buckhead!

After a great deal of thought, I decided it was time for the next chapter of my real estate career—and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

One of the biggest reasons for this move is the opportunity to bring my clients an even more powerful combination of technology, marketing resources, national and international exposure, and the strength of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® network.

Real estate continues to evolve quickly, and I believe the tools and resources behind an agent matter more today than ever. This move gives me new ways to market properties, reach buyers, analyze the market, communicate with clients and continue incorporating the latest technology into the way I do business.

But some very important things aren’t changing.

I’m still Bru Krebs. I’m still focused on the neighborhoods, condos, lofts and homes that make Atlanta such an incredible place to live. And I’m still committed to providing the hands-on service, market knowledge and personal attention that have defined my business for more than three decades.

Your InTown Atlanta Real Estate Expert—now backed by Coldwell Banker Realty and Global Luxury.

This announcement is also bittersweet because it closes an important chapter in my career.

For the past eight years, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties has been my professional home. I’m incredibly grateful for those years and, even more importantly, for the people who were part of them. I’ve developed friendships there that mean far more to me than any company name on a business card.

To Terry, Randall, Gloria, and the many other staff members, agents and friends who supported me along the way: thank you. Your friendship, encouragement and support have meant more to me than I can adequately express, and I sincerely hope those relationships continue for many years to come.

I leave that chapter with tremendous gratitude—and begin this one with enormous excitement.

Same Bru. Same commitment. Same love for Atlanta.
New brokerage. Better technology. Expanded marketing. Global reach.

Here’s to what comes next. 💙
