Some closings hit differently, and this one is special😊

I met these two amazing clients who were ready to go from day one. We didn’t rush, we didn’t settle. We toured so many homes, and sometimes, it’s okay not to buy the first one, or even the second. But what stood out was their clarity, they knew exactly what they wanted, and they were proactive every step of the way.

In just a few days, we covered so much ground, no wasted time, just focus and determination. And in the end, we found the perfect home for them.

We found her dream home on DAY ONE of touring.

No second guessing.
No “let’s keep looking.”

She walked in
 and just knew.

That’s what happens when you actually listen to your clients.

Before we even stepped into a home, I took the time to understand exactly what she wanted, her style, her priorities, and what would make a place feel like home for her.

So when we went out touring, it wasn’t random.

Every home we saw made sense.

And then
 we found the one.

Fun fact:
8 out of 10 of my buyers find “the one” by their second day of touring.

Yes, it really happens that fast.

Not because we rush the process

But because we’re intentional from the start.

This builder tried to hit my clients with a $5,000 penalty.

But my clients never even knew about it.

They actually found me the same way many of my clients do
 right here on Instagram.

Both of them are business owners, which can make the mortgage process a little more complex. When you’re self-employed, lenders look closely at taxes, credit, and income, and sometimes it takes extra work to get everything lined up.

We worked closely with the lender to make sure they had everything needed for approval.

Then we hit a hurdle.

Because their 2025 tax returns were required for final loan approval, the process took a little longer than expected and we couldn’t meet the builder’s original closing date.

The builder wanted to charge $350 per day to extend the closing.

The delay ended up being 15 days, which would have been over $5,000 in penalties.

Instead of bringing more stress to my clients, I handled it behind the scenes. After a lot of back and forth with the builder, negotiating and advocating on their behalf, I was able to get the per diem fee reduced all the way down to $0.

My clients didn’t even know this was happening until closing day when I showed them the emails.

Buying a home can already be stressful. My goal is always to remove as much of that stress as possible and protect my clients every step of the way.

This is what a great realtor does.
Someone who advocates for you, solves problems, and fights for you when it matters most.

Last summer, we sat down for coffee.

She was thinking about buying at the time, but this wasn’t a strategy meeting or a “let’s start the process” conversation. It was simply two people connecting. Talking about life. Talking about what I do. Just curiosity and good conversation.

Fast forward to today
 she and her fiancĂ© just closed on their first home. 🏡✹

This one means a lot. Because it was never about pressure. It was about relationship. And somewhere along the way, I gained not just a client, but a friend.
