Last week, a few members of our team had the privilege of touring Plant Vogtle alongside fellow SIOR Georgia Chapter members.

Vogtle Units 3 & 4 are the first new nuclear reactors built in the United States in over 30 years β€” and standing inside that facility, you understand why that's a big deal. The scale, the engineering, and the sheer complexity of what it took to bring these units online is something you have to see to appreciate.

As commercial real estate professionals, we spend a lot of time talking about energy demand, data centers, and where businesses are choosing to locate. Seeing firsthand where that power actually comes from puts a different lens on those conversations.
