To be honest I loathe making these posts because believe it or not, I don’t love drawing attention to myself when it comes to real estate (which is counterintuitive because that’s literally part of the job 🤣) — I prefer highlighting my clients, their stories, and how they work hand in hand with our team to achieve their real estate goals — no matter how seamless or messy their situation may be. But, alas, here I am to share what a year 2025 was — personally marking my best year ever in sales volume, and just shy of my strongest ever in clients served. It was a record-breaking year for our team in every facet, and I’m so proud of how we worked together to serve 85 clients amongst four agents. As a co-leader of our team, I allowed myself to delegate more, ask for help, advise our team and all of our clients more, and help scale us for further growth — including adding our very first non-family agent this year! I was challenged in new ways with the “balance” of my personal/family life with professional — with a toddler and now a newborn, I’ve had to lean on our village more times than I can count to help watch my son while I run to a last-minute showing, miss many bedtimes and weekend events for showings, open houses, etc, drop him off at my mom and james’ house on countless occasions, take calls from the park, on a walk with him, etc, and even bring him on the occasional showing. I’m most proud of myself for no longer feeling like I can’t do it all — and not feeling guilty when I have to say no to something that might not be the best fit for me business-wise if it means time away from my family. Now with a newborn, I’m more grateful than ever to have clients who give me grace amongst all the chaos, and don’t let me apologize for the occasional screaming toddler and newborn in the background of our phone calls. 😅 I’m most proud of the fact that this year, I helped more friends and referrals than ever — it will never be lost on me that all of you get to choose anyone you want to work with, and you choose to work with and refer our team. Gratitude is top of mind as I enter 2026 with two babies and even bigger goals 🤍✨🥂
