My clients are looking to sell their home in Downtown Ball Ground but first we need to find their next home! They would be leaving a newer construction 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2370 sq ft home so they are looking to find something of similar size in the northern Cherokee County area (possibly even southern Pickens County). They are wanting a home with approx. 1-2 acres, no HOA - or at least one that allows chickens, and price point below $650K. Anyone have anything coming up? They would entertain a house swap as well! 😅
