On June 12, 2026, I will celebrate a true full-circle moment. One of the primary reasons I purchased my home was because of its location near the Atlanta BeltLine. At the time, many people couldn’t see the vision or understand the long-term potential of the area. I did.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in real estate is that sometimes success is simply about seeing the future before everyone else does—and then having the patience to wait for the development to arrive.
Since purchasing my property, its value has increased significantly, far beyond what many people thought was possible when I first invested.
This is your reminder today: 📞 Number one: Call me for all of your real estate questions, concerns, and guidance.
🏡 Number two: Buy real estate. Invest in real estate. Look for communities and neighborhoods that are growing and evolving. Buy in areas where you would love to live one day but where prices are still within reach before development drives values higher.
I truly believe that if our country continues on its current path, homeownership and property ownership may become increasingly difficult for the average American. Affordable housing is one of the most important issues facing our communities, and we must continue advocating for solutions.
As for me, on June 12, 2026, my original goal for this neighborhood will have been accomplished.
On to bigger and better things.
And before anyone asks—no, I’m not selling.
I’m holding on to every piece of real estate I acquire. 🏡
