This party barn has to be one of the coolest “houses” we’ve ever built. From the mushroom board siding to the massive steel window wall on the rear, it’s unlike anything most have ever seen. We thrive on bringing our clients visions to life no matter how unique. The purpose of this building is to bring family and friends together to make memories and share laughter. The approach to this mountain lake house turned out stunning! Most mountain lots bring unique challenges and this one was no exception. We were tasked with the placement of this home and had several competing demands in the home design that influenced the orientation and how it related to the topography of the land. Not least of which was a separate driveway to a basement garage that needed to be considered with the height of the home and efficiently using retaining walls. I’d say we nailed the placement.

What an incredible “After” of this 1970’s Buckhead townhouse in an irreplaceable location. The design team of .pappas and are some of the best in the business. This was a gut job in every sense including turning the stairs 180 degrees, straightening walls, leveling floors, demolition of layers of previous renovations, adding a catwalk across an atrium and the list goes on. Great job team!

And now we turn our attention to doing a similar transformation on a neighboring unit…

Building a custom home for a family is all about expressing their personal tastes and lifestyle. The home being a direct reflection of who they are. We spend hours meeting with our clients, listening to their wants and needs, and helping them craft their vision for how the home will be used. This recently completed wine cellar in the basement of a new Atlanta home is the result of exploring this particular homeowners desires and turning an otherwise boring storage area into a beautiful space that will enhance their enjoyment for years to come. The second of four homes in a beautiful subdivision on Whiteside Mountain, this project showcases contemporary interiors within our take on an English cottage.

We included drywall returns at the windows and doors, bullnose corners, and a French country fireplace at the heart of the home. We especially love the 8-inch wide European oak hardwood floors and the wet bar in the basement featuring a 200-year-old declawed shelf and integrated undershelf lighting.
