I didn’t forget to update you all on the Baklava from Jerusalem Bakery & Cafe. Totally, totally amazing! They never fail. Started off with the strawberry, then the chocolate. Finished off with the pistachio. I’ll work on the almond tomorrow.

I had 2 Dogwood trees die over the last three years. Not sure why.

Cut the smaller one first. I wanted the stomp at a certain height. I have plans for it.

This is the larger tree. It took a little more time.

Got it down.

Here is the smaller one. Came close to falling on my garden.

Chopped and gathered them all up for our fire pit.

I left both stomps at the same height. Stay tuned for what comes next with those.
