My clients and I saw this home within hours of listing (duh). Lovingly dubbed “Craveycello,” they really liked it but had some reservations with interest rates and the possibility of renovating their current home. But as a family of 6, any renovation would not gain the square feet they needed in their 3-2 1600sqft ranch. After a few weeks there was a huge price improvement and we jumped, too good a deal to pass up! Situated on .65 acres backing up to a creek, the littles will have no problem living out their feral childhood 🤣🥰🙌
