Originally the Pratt Engineering Company location, where Arizona Lofts now sits once produced sugar processing machinery for farms in Cuba and mining equipment. Most notably, the carbonated gas for Coca-Cola was also produced on the site! Own a unique and beautiful piece of Kirkwood and Atlanta’s history!

Couldn’t be happier for Chris and Maria! They trusted the process and ended up with their very own plot of land to raise horses and call home!

The Process:
- refinanced existing home
- consolidated some debt
- pulled out some equity for a down payment
- found a renter for first home
- closed on the farm!

And will end up in a better position than they started!
