Steve Tinter, a second generation native of Atlanta went to Morningside Elementary, Grady High and is a Georgia State University Alumnus- he joined PalmerHouse Properties as an Associate Broker in the Buckhead Office located at 2911 Piedmont Rd, Atlanta, GA 30305. Steve began his real estate career with Re/MAX of Buckhead 28 years ago and has helped over 1,000 clients buy and sale their homes. Ste

ve has extensive experience in new construction working with Builders’ since 1990 in the Atlanta Area, he has also vast experience working with investor’s who renovate and flip homes as well as investing in income producing properties. Steve has obtained a number of designations, including the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Outstanding Performance and Certificate of Achievement from the Dale Carnegie Institute of Georgia and successfully completed the Residential Real Estate Appraiser’s Course through MLS Training Institute. Steve was also nominated Rookie of the Year with Re/MAX of Georgia and a member of Re/MAX’s 100% Club
