What a wonderful afternoon of Tai Chi at Campbell-Stone Buckhead! The room was full of energy, focus, and movement—and it was inspiring to see everyone join in together.
At Campbell-Stone, we love incorporating whole-health programming that supports wellness in every way—mind, body, and spirit. Tai Chi is a beautiful example of that. This gentle practice can help improve balance, flexibility, strength, breathing, and coordination while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Programs like these are an important part of helping our residents stay active, connected, and well. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next class!
