This week, Bailey and Jasmine begin their summer journey with Campbell-Stone Buckhead through the City of Atlanta Summer Youth Employment Program!
As part of our Tech Express Program, they’ll be helping residents with technology while gaining valuable workplace experience and professional skills along the way.
We’re especially proud that this is Campbell-Stone’s inaugural year participating in the program and look forward to an amazing summer together! 💙💛

✨ Staff Spotlight ✨

This week, we're proud to introduce Ruth Ndi, a dedicated member of our Personal Care team at Campbell-Stone Sandy Springs.

For the past three years, Ruth has provided compassionate support to residents, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and cared for each day.

Ruth's passion for senior living was inspired by caring for her father, who lived to be 107 years old. Her commitment to serving older adults shines through in everything she does.

One thing you may not know about Ruth is that she is the proud mother of two daughters pursuing careers in medicine—one completing her residency at Johns Hopkins and the other attending the Medical College of Georgia.

When asked what she would like residents and families to know, Ruth shared:
"Caring for residents is truly a joy and a privilege. I appreciate the trust they place in us, and I will always do my best to treat each resident with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect."

Thank you, Ruth, for the compassion, dedication, and heart you bring to our community every day. 💙

Resident Spotlight: Rodney

At Campbell-Stone, we are fortunate to have residents like Rodney, whose life has been defined by service and dedication to others.

Rodney’s connection to Campbell-Stone began more than 20 years ago when he first worked in the café. Today, he continues to make a meaningful impact as one of our valued volunteers, helping with morning coffee service, newsletter distribution, and donation sorting.

Beyond his many contributions, Rodney brings kindness, positivity, and genuine compassion to our community each day. His willingness to lend a helping hand, paired with his warm smile and caring spirit, makes a difference in the lives of residents and staff alike.

We are grateful for all the ways Rodney serves and enriches our community. Thank you, Rodney, for being such a special part of the Campbell-Stone family!

Saturday was about more than basketball. The Knicks New York Knicks 🏀 reminded us that if you never give up, hope can carry you farther than anyone expects. Residents and staff stayed up until nearly midnight celebrating a championship years in the making—and a lesson that resonates at every age: keep believing, keep showing up, and keep moving forward.

Residents at Campbell-Stone Sandy Springs met on the patio to use Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye in water blasters to create these vibrant, custom shirts. The easiest, “mess-free” way to make a splash this summer! 🌷🎨🔫☀

We were honored to have the family member of a Campbell-Stone Sandy Springs resident performing in celebration of her birthday. WashboardXT, created and performed by Newman Taylor Baker, is a concert-lecture that reimagines the washboard as a contemporary musical instrument while honoring its historical roots. Mr. Baker produced a rich palette of acoustic and electronic sounds in a performance that dazzled the community. Newman Taylor Baker
