Hello, do you or someone you know have a home in Georgia that you want to sell and don't think you can because you are under water with the value? Meaning that the home is not worth what you purchased for. If you have a hardship such as loss of job or spouse, divorce, loss of wages or any type of major setback which allows you to fall behind on your on FHA mortgage payments you may qualify for a short sale. Good News, you have come to the right person.

A short sale doesn't mean that the sale goes quickly or short. It means that you sell the home for the current market value of which is less than you owe, but it needs the bank's approval. .

Now this process is not quick but more than likely you will break even and will not end up owing anything on your FHA mortgage. In many cases, if you still live in the home can get relocation money from the bank.

I do many short sales which make me a specialist. It is not a easy process so many realtors to don't do them, but with much perseverance I get it done. It doesn't cost you anything but your faith!
