Alternate Credit FHA or VA Loan Product is Now Available...

My Lender now has the ability to do an FHA and a VA loan with "NO CREDIT SCORE". We have to be able to obtain an alternative credit history with 3 accounts. At least 1 but not all 3 has to be from a rental history, utility or telephone service. We will have to be able to obtain a 12 month payment history. If they rent from an individual, we would have to get 12 months of cancelled checks or equivalent. There are strict housing and debt to income ratios requirements of 31/43 that will have to be met.
