My wonderful clients Roy, Rita and little Ronan started their home search last August. Roy took a job in Atlanta and they needed to move rather quickly from Philly. They fell in love hard, and it was love at first sight with Bellmoore Park and decided that it was worth waiting a bit longer to get the house they wanted so they went the new construction route. The builder delivered 7 months later -- Rita got her dream kitchen, Ronan got a huge toy room and Roy, well Roy gets the satisfaction of paying the mortgage 😁 but they are now happily enjoying the house. Big plus also with Roy's parents living close by!
