I just got off the phone with my photographer, and I had to drop this quick real estate gem 💎

A lot of people see “agent commission” and don’t realize — we come out of pocket upfront. The photos, the marketing, the signage — all of that is paid for before your home even hits the market.

So before you judge that commission… just know, quality costs — and quality sells.
