A surprise $20K quoted septic install could’ve derailed the deal, but with the right approach we pivoted, positioned it correctly, and delivered big results. My strategic pricing combined with the thoughtful design from generated : multiple offers, us being under contract in 5 days, above asking, and set a new record comp for the neighborhood!
