Wrapped up my final closing of 2025 with my new investor, Keisha ✨ This one came through a referral from the phenomenal GC . A surprise $20K quoted septic install could’ve derailed the deal, but with the right approach we pivoted, positioned it correctly, and delivered big results. My strategic pricing combined with the thoughtful design from generated : multiple offers, us being under contract in 5 days, above asking, and set a new record comp for the neighborhood! This is why strategy matters, and turned into a great learning experience. Congratulation to my seller and grateful for their trust in my guidance through this process.
