Last Sale of 2025. Yes, there are still homes priced for less than $500,000 in the Intown area. This sh***un bungalow was built in the early 20th century and is located in the Agnes Scott area of Decatur. I represented Dawn Davis, a beloved Atlanta artist, and sold the home to my own customers. By the time we closed, we were a party of happy faces.
