I’m enjoying a mix of fun, resting and running for Labor Day weekend in Chicago. On Friday my latest commercial real estate investment closed.

My first investment in Ohio. An automotive industrial engineering facility. This 94,000 square foot industrial Lab/R+D development is NNN leased to Aptiv Services (ticker: APTV). I’ve invested alongside The Peykar Family Office on this deal. Currently my 9th state with commercial real estate interests, I’m looking forward to learning more about Ohio, and perhaps considering more opportunities in the region.

Celebrating the recent leasing of Class A Office Space at 1445 Lincoln in Dunwoody. Lucas, who once had the largest Farmers Brokerage Business East of The Mississippi had been tapped for the new role as Regional head for Atlanta. We found a tremendous space in a great building that suited all of Farmers needs for their regional office.

Fogo was a natural choice for lunch given that Lucas had recently completed his 4th 100 mile ultra-marathon last week. This one, Badwater, 135 miles in the desert 🏜️ no less.

Good times. This week Brokering this luxurious three story cabin, with 5 mountain top acres, in The North Georgia Mountains, for some of my favorite clients- The Hathaways. Views and Mountains for miles abound.

The day started with our final walk through, then the subsequent “leisurely lunch” at Fogo de Chao, followed by the closing. It was a long day, but we had a ball and I’m confident that we’ve worked out one of the best deals for this 4th Quarter in the area.

Our fifth transaction! From condos, to Townhomes, to 20,000 sq foot Commercial Building, and NOW Luxurious Cabin! Thank you for the trust!
