We are in the thick of the fall real estate market, even if the temperatures don’t feel like it 🏡🍂
There are ways to help your home sell in the cooler months and we want to share a few of our ideas with you!
1. The more light the better! Especially during daylight savings, less natural light makes the home feel smaller, so make sure to have lamps on, curtains open and windows exposed. You can even experiment with light bulbs!
2. Boost your curb appeal! Leaf-covered driveways and sidewalks can make a home look sloppy, so get out that leaf blower 😉 Another one of our favorite curb appeal tips is to add some fresh mulch to your garden beds! This makes a huge difference.
