What a day! But I’m beyond thrilled for my amazing clients, Preston & Shantay who just pulled off a real estate double win. I listed their home, and in less than 30 days, it was under contract with an all-cash offer (despite the volatility of this market). And the best part? They closed on their stunning, custom-built dream home the very same day.
