Yesterday I attended over 3-hours of panel discussions on data centers at the atlanta commercial board of realtors, and a few topics presented included: the history, digital infrastructure, economic development, community impact, tax benefits, water and electrical usage, public concerns and more. With plans to continue data center development in Georgia through 2030, it was extremely beneficial to glean more about the future impact.

I might add that it was also quite the surprise to have my raffle ticket pulled! I won a lovely basket packed with goodies, to help a busy broker relax!

In midtown atlanta today with Margaret (my mentee) and the mentorship cohort for the contract review event at Bradley law firm.

Call me a nerd if you want, but I really enjoy reviewing legal documents and getting deep in the details to strategize and protect my clients. It’s weird. I know! But it comes with the territory!

5th year anniversary for Greenwood CRE and it’s truly been a pleasure. Nationwide this entire team has heart and diligently strives to be the best.

Just the views of real estate and nature that I took on a recent property tour. The scenery was actually quite tranquil and beautiful. Loved how the developers left portions of the old building such as the large columns in the middle and created an open courtyard. It looks like art. There was something intriguing to see at every turn. Well done.
