Columbia Residential was founded in 1991 in Atlanta, Georgia, with a focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Columbia Residential now owns and manages more than 6,400 units in 50 properties in four states, of which 17 properties are for seniors. With housing currently under construction in Chattanooga in partnership with CHA, it was a great opportunity to show their team our work, spend time together, and connect beyond the day-to-day.

We're proud to partner with Providence Community Housing and the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) on a new senior community coming to Erato Street in New Orleans in Fall 2027.
