In 2015, I watched this home be remodeled down to the studs in Old Fourth Ward. I tried to sell it back then, but none of my buyers moved forward.

Now, seven years later, my lovely friend and client purchased the beautiful bungalow when it came up for sale.
 
After the closing, I had a “real estate first” were the buyer and her family, the seller, and both agents involved, celebrated with a happy hour at the house. It was such a beautiful experience to have a transaction absent of anything but kindness, good will, and love.
