I’m jumping the timeline in this video to give you an update on how the channel will be evolving over time. I started recording the videos you’ve been seeing over a year ago; back when my life took some dramatic twists and turns.

So in this video you’re getting a peak of the current state of things and what’s going on in my life now. The real hope from these videos is to inspire people to make positive changes in their lives, even in the face of adversity.

Please leave comments on anything you’d like to see or suggestions you might have. I’d love it if you followed along on this journey. Don’t forget to like and share the video. 😊

Hello all my fellow beings! This is a snapshot into the day and life of some of the things I eat during the day. I make sure to pack enough food and snacks to get me through my 14-hour shifts. It would be easy to grab whatever is readily available from a vending machine, or run out for fast food.

However, packing lunch and snacks and having a regimen is what is really helping me to achieve my goals. I hope these little snapshots and tips will have inspire or motivate you to take back control of your life.

It's about progress, not perfection.

Hey, guys. Welcome to the initial, video blog of Alphabet Soup. I am David, and I am going to be guiding you through my mismatched life. The reason we're calling it Alphabet Soup is because I have a lot of letters attached to me. From ADHD to HIV to AA and many more.

I had a lot of stuff that happened recently that some would call a little traumatic. And I'm hoping that by doing this, it's going to help me, but maybe also too someone else can take this mess that’s my life and turn it into a message and do something with it. So come along for the ride!

Just remember, you never know what's going to happen next so always have a box of wigs and di**os just in case.
