The stories are what get me. Every house and every owner have one. The owner of this property just sold his family home, a home he lived in for 43 years. His parents bought it in when he was just 12 - the first and only owners until today - and life circumstances kept him here; being the caregiver for both his parents when their bodies and minds had gone as far as they could on their own, ultimately saying goodbye to them inside these walls… His young birthdays and graduations were celebrated in this home. Countless fights and secrets were shared with his sister here. He left from this front door for his first job and returned to it the day he retired from his last.

One family legacy passed on so another could begin.

Our homes, no matter the size, are collectors of memories…some good, some not.
