The wonderful world of real estate story-time.
Client: Are you available to show homes on Sundays, we are anxious to get started?

Broker: Yes, however, I have limited hours. What time works best?

Client: Oh, well we need to find something really quick, and every day counts.

Broker: Understood. Are you also available during the week?

Client: It depends. I am available after 4:00 pm M T, F. My partner is available after any day between10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We really prefer to see home together.

Broker: I see. So that's the reason you are better on Sundays?

Client: Well, yes.

Broker: Ok, I can line up some properties this coming Sunday, let's say we start around 10:00 am?

Client: Oh no! This Sunday is not good. We will be out of town and the following Sunday we are going to a concert. So maybe the Sunday after that.

Broker: So, let me get this straight. The during the week your schedule is hectic, Saturdays you spend with your children and family, and the next 2 Sundays you are not available, but possibly the Sunday after that.

Client: Yes, that's correct. Do you think the 5 homes you sent will still be available by that time?
