According to the latest National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, 63% of builders nationwide used sales incentives in July — and 37% cut prices, with the average reduction coming in at 6%. 📉

Here in Metro Atlanta, Georgia MLS reported more than 28,000 active listings in July, giving buyers more choices and putting even more pressure on builders to compete for attention.
