Congratulations to my clients on the sale of their home! A full circle moment for my me and my clients. A few years ago, I helped them purchase this new construction property when they first moved to Georgia. Now they’re stationed in Hawaii so they trusted me again, this time to get it SOLD!
It wasn’t an easy market, especially with competing listings in the same community, but they stayed the course and made it to the closing table with a very smooth transaction!
Thank you for trusting me with another chapter of your real estate journey. I truly appreciate your continued support!

If you’re looking to sell your home next year, i would love the opportunity to earn your business. Contact me when you’re ready!

SOLD! This transaction required a lot of patience and a lot of grace! I’m so grateful to my sellers for trusting me with the listing, marketing, and selling of their investment property and also for their patience throughout the entire process!

We were under contract for 3 months (April-June) but thankfully the buyer’s agent was great to work with…even through all the uncomfortable conversations of her asking for contract extensions lol. And shoutout to the buyer’s lender for finally getting the buyer to the closing table! You know it’s a crazy transaction when the lender treats both agents to a delicious steak dinner! This was one for the books!
