Being in real estate comes with a lot of first, and for this client I am proud to say that I helped my youngest client to-date achieve home ownership goals at the age of 22. Working with David and his family taught me a lot, and some valuable lessons I hope Theo and I pass along to our children. I learned how important it is to have trust and a solid team of people behind you to help support you in a multitude of ways. David’s parents were adamant about finding him his own home; they played no games when it came to being his support system every step of the way. It was an admirable experience that I hope to implement with my own children one day.

Like I’ve said time and time again. Being a Realtor is not an easy feat, there are a lot of ups and downs that come with being in this business whether you like it or not. However, the highs always outweigh the lows. Seeing David and his family happy made any negative experience we had in the past worth it.

Whew this one has been a long time coming, sorry y’all my pregnancy brain has been something serious. It still blows my mind that we made this deal happen and in such little time. It’s absolutely an amazing feeling meeting people who are and will become lifetime friends. I remember meeting these 2 for the first time years ago at a tattoo convention and still can’t believe that just last year they came to visit Theo and I and were talking about the possibility of moving from Florida to Georgia.

I received a call in February from Heather saying it was go time and that the relocation timeframe we had to find them a new home was only a short window. The beginning of March, Heather made a trip to stay with me and Theo for a few days so we could have do some home shopping. When I tell y’all I was nervous, I was nervous 😂 This market is insane and only having a few days to find something was a challenge but we did it!!! Honestly one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had even with the limited time schedule we had. They were able to quickly sell their home in Florida and we closed on their beautiful home in Monroe. I am happy to introduce 2 new Georgia residents!!! 🏡 Thank you Shawn and Heather for trusting me with this process 🙏🏾

Listen… Being in Real Estate isn’t easy I don’t know how much I have to stress that lol. SOOOO, SOOOO thankful for this wonderful group of people who made this roller coaster ride of a transaction feel a little less chaotic.

When Natalie and I first started working together a month ago, we knew we were in for a timeline challenge. After a week of searching, we found the perfect home for her and her family. To say we were overjoyed when her offer out of a multiple offer situation was accepted is an understatement. Little did we know how many twists and turns we were going to experience. Thankfully, and Mr. Charles (seller) were a Godsend. From ensuring the appraisal was going to be done on time, to the last minute change in financing the week of closing, to getting a re-inspection done a day before closing, to the bumps and turns we didn’t even know about that handled like a boss. This team of people were truly a blessing to work with!!!

A special shout-out to Ahnaneeyah for coming through last minute to save the day since Natalie decided within 20 minutes of owning her home that she wanted to lock us out 😂😂😂😂😂

Another closing for the books! Congratulations to the Zech family for the successful sale of their beautiful home. They knew what they wanted and stuck to their plan. It worked!! I don’t encounter often people that just “trust the process” and actually stick it. Anytime I would have some news no matter good or bad, the first words I would hear is “trust the process. If it’s meant to be it will be.” Those are some solid words to live by. No matter how many curveballs the process threw, trusting the process secured my clients a solid win.

I learned so much from this family, and I’m so honored to have met them and help them move forward to the next chapter in their lives. They have so much more in store for them, and they know selling their home will not get rid of me—I’m here to stay 😂😂
