🏡 **The House You Thought You Wanted vs. The House You Fall in Love With**
It's funny how house hunting works.
You start with a list. You know exactly what you want.
Three bedrooms. Open kitchen. Big closets. Maybe a screened porch. And absolutely NO projects.
Then you walk into a house that checks almost none of those boxes.
But there's something about it.
Maybe it's the view from the kitchen window. The fireplace. The porch you can already picture yourself sitting on with your morning coffee.
And suddenly, that very organized wish list isn't quite as important as it was yesterday. 😊
I've learned that there's a difference between a house that looks perfect on paper and one that actually feels right.
Of course, the practical things still matter. But sometimes the house that surprises you turns out to be the one worth considering.
