There comes a moment in life when you have to make a decision.

For me, it was walking away from football and going all in on a different vision for my future.

One thing I’ve learned is that opportunities don’t just happen—you have to create them.

Years ago, social media was just a place to connect. Today, it’s one of the most powerful tools agents have to build relationships, share their story, and grow their business.

I’ve seen a single post lead to a conversation, a conversation lead to a client, and a client lead to a life-changing opportunity.

You don’t need thousands of followers. You just need to be consistent, authentic, and willing to show up.

Grateful for leaders like Kendra Mullen who continue to help push the vision forward in Miami. Strong leadership and strong culture will always matter.
