So it’s been a good start of the year for my clients.

First Buyer contacted me about wanting to see some land. I met him at the property I showed it and he loved it. Submitted a cash offer and 15 days later we closed! Now they’re working into putting a brand new mobile home and paving a drive way to get settled in.

Second buyer, reached out to me about an auction home in Quitman. We placed our bid with plenty of days left until the deadline. The last day of the auction we were at a bidding war, but we came on top and we won the bid. We closed just this week and buyer is ready to get his hand into remodeling and doing a transformation to it.

The deal is closed!!! Congratulations to my investor for buying this investment property. It definitely was not a smooth one but we made it happen.
Be in look out for this one in the future as a rental property in the Valdosta area.

CLOSING DAY!!! 🥂🎊

Congrats to my buyer Sergio Moncada on his newly home purchase. This one is special with Mr. Moncada because he reached out to me about a year ago that he wanted to buy but had no credit established so with the help of the lender Jose Martin he created a game plan for him to get the credit score needed to get pre approved. So fast forward to this year we made it happen all the way to the closing table. Such a joy to see clients receive those keys to their new purchase because they see where all there hard work goes to.

Also shout out to Barry Chapman for another smooth closing, he definitely makes it worth working alongside and getting it done.
