For a lot of men like myself our foundations came from our mothers. How to express ourselves, care for ourselves, care for others, love and be loved. And, somewhere along the way, you realize as a man you have different ideas of how life should be live than what our moms showed us and “man logic” starts to take over and we start seeing the difference between men and women thought processes.
Being a father has allowed me to see the impact of a mother from a completely new perspective, from the type of father i am and the type of father I aspire to be. To also understanding the gaps in parenting that single parent households can create in a man’s psyche and how important it is identifying those gaps and mend those gaps with growth and God. Because all other “solutions” are temporary
So to my amazing wife , my own loving mother and all the mothers who are the anchors, foundations, life givers, supports systems, generational curse breakers and warriors for their family; I want to send a HUGE Happy Mother’s Day to you all and we appreciate and value your prayers, efforts, love and support and everything things that you all do so easily.
