NEW HOMEOWNER ALERT 🚨 A huge congratulations goes out to my client on the purchase of his new construction home!!! His journey is a true testament to patience and faith. He found this neighborhood over a year ago, waited for over 6 months for lots to be released, went through material delays and 8 months later, the keys are in his hand. Thank you for trusting me and I pray years of wonderful memories in your new home!!!!

A huge congratulations goes out to my client who is officially under contract on this top floor condo in Dunwoody! The kicker is we wrote one offer after 5 showings and his offer was accepted and for list price! Let me say it again…in this crazy market he’s not paying one penny over list price! The inspection was perfect! Next is CLOSING!!!

If you’re interested in buying or selling let’s talk!

This new construction beauty is under contract and should be ready for my client to enjoy in June 2022. He literally stalked this neighborhood and I stalked the builder for six months until lots were released! Just three weeks later he’s already gained $11k in equity. This real estate market is not for the faint at heart but it’s possible!!! If you’re looking to buy or sell DM me or give me a call!!! 404-465-6535

The frame is going up on my clients new home and I’m so excited. Between COVID and the city taking their time issuing permits we have been at a standstill. But things are finally looking up. God willing my clients will be enjoying their new home just in time for Thanksgiving!
