Are there any rules for when you tour a stranger’s home?

The home selling process is pretty weird. You’re basically just welcoming strangers into your home to walk around and- hopefully- behave themselves according to a bunch of unwritten rules of etiquette.

Snapped this picture from my kids’ old “art room” (use of quotes due to the fact that the “art room” was basically an unfinished and slightly creepy basement space). I know, it’s kind of hard to read and you’re already starting to enlarge the picture to try and figure out what they wrote. Even kids know- on some level- that there are certain things that you should and shouldn’t do.

Curious to hear your thoughts and experiences. Seen or heard of anything interesting?

I was just named by Real Trends as one of the top Realtors in the country.

Sharing this for two reasons: firstly, I know that my parents are very proud of me and think I should be more public about sharing honors like this. So this is for you Mom and Dad, comment/share/like/etc.

Loud and proud shoutout to the one and only as she celebrates the end of a beautiful, delicious era. The world is a better place because of the thousands of incredible challahs that she’s put out into the world these last 5+ years.
