Pauli is the very first friend (and neighbor) we met when we moved to Atlanta in 2009. He'd pop by to say hi or assist while we spent months renovating our first home a couple doors down. Our pups, Po & Kingsley, were besties then unexplained arch nemeses. Over the years, he's lived just down the street with some of our closest friends and, more recently, with my brother and Allie. Somewhere along the way, Pauli became family.

After years of sharing homes + announcement of my nephew (maybe niece, but I think nephew), Paul decided it was time to make the step into homeownership. It was an honor to be included in this process. I loved being part of his journey—walking through houses together, plsnning improvements, spending time with his parents, and finally getting to hand him the keys to his very own place.

Helping people find a home is always rewarding, but helping someone that's like a brother to you find their home is extra special in all the right ways.
