Every year, a small group of appraisers gets to help shape the direction of the profession. This May in Washington, D.C., Hilary Jones, MAI, AI-GRS, CHIA is one of them.
Hilary is serving as a Discussion Leader at LDAC 2026. She's a 16-year AI member, recently named Senior Valuation Services Director at Colliers, and someone who has built her career around valuation quality control and portfolio management. She knows the profession from the inside out.
When we asked her why LDAC matters, she put it simply:
"It is the only place where any appraiser has the opportunity to help influence the course of our future, regardless of what they do, where they live, and how many years they've been in the industry."
The conversations that start in the session room don't stop there. That's what makes LDAC different. And Hilary wouldn't miss it.
Registration is open through May 8. LDAC 2026 takes place May 20-22 in Washington, D.C.
