Sending a shout to my lovely clients, the Moore’s who closed yesterday on their forever home!! A brand new construction too!!

When I tell you, between the incentives I negotiated with the Builder and the fact that I already had a preferred lender within their system, my clients came out of pocket with ONE DOLLAR!

Guys...Everyone has an opinion about the housing market.
