We're hiring! Skyline Seven Real Estate is seeking a Property Accountant for our Atlanta-based firm.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Manage property-level financials, reconciliations and month-end close
• Prepare accurate reporting for property owners and leadership
• Work closely in conjunction with property managers to keep budgets on track
What we're looking for:
• Accounting degree preferred,
1-2 years of real estate accounting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (Yardi experience is a plus!)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to regularly meet deadlines
• Confident communicator who works well with clients and colleagues
