Hey there! I wanted to share some insights with y’all about the current housing market, as I have been receiving a lot of valid questions. I understand your concerns about high interest rates and inflated home prices, but let me tell you - there is a major shortage of inventory driving those prices up, especially in the Woodstock market.

Right now, there is a lack of new construction and what is being built is priced at over 500k. This means that if you're waiting for prices to drop, you might be waiting a while. And let's not forget about interest rates - when and if they drop, all those buyers who have been waiting on the sidelines will flood back into the market and create a competitive real estate market which then drives housing prices up even more.

I may not have a crystal ball, but I believe now is a great time to buy or own something and potentially refinance later. If interest rates continue to rise, you'll be locked in at a lower rate. But if they drop, you have the option to refinance and take advantage of the savings.
