Little fun fact: My very First client ever was a Veteran. She knew she wanted to use her VA benefits to purchase a home for her and her family but didn’t know the entire process. Me, being a new agent at the time, didn’t know all of the in/outs to a VA loan. So… being a high “A” personality type, I got to researching everything there is to know about this loan/ process.

What I discovered blew my mind:

Not only do veterans receive lower interest rates than non-military people BUT they have
- No PMI
- They can use their benefits to buy multiple homes
- And they don’t have to pay a Downpayment

Can you imagine being able to purchase multiple homes, with low rates and don’t have to put anything down. 😩

I immediately started Googling how to join the military 😂😂
