Everyone says they want a foreclosure... but do they really? 🤔

This might ruffle a few feathers, but I'm genuinely curious.

Why is it that so many buyers tell me they only want an REO or foreclosure...
..but they immediately pass on a regular home that needs the exact same amount of TLC?

A foreclosure isn't a magical discount. Most are sold AS-IS, often need repairs, and many still receive multiple offers. Some can be great opportunities—but they're not always the "steal" people imagine. This HUD-owned home on Woodhaven Road is a good example: it's being sold as-is and may be a fit for the right buyer who's prepared for the work involved.
