Cornerstone Village is located along Peachtree between 5th and 6th Streets. This location is as prime of Midtown as it gets. The complex is formed by 3 (technically 4) buildings which have very little in common. There is almost a 100 years old historic Manor house, a somewhat Authentic Loft building, and most recently built two “loftominium” buildings. Cornerstone Village offers a fairly nice amenity package which consists of a conference room, a movie theater, a game room, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
If you want to live in prime Midtown location and don’t need the posh ambiance of newer high-rises, Cornerstone Village can offer you everything you need for comfortable living at a lower price.

Astoria is located right on Peachtree Road in the southernmost part of Buckhead. It is adjacent to Aramore condominium and actually sits in place of Aramore’s initially planned 3rd phase. We applaud the architects who managed to create an interesting design, where northern part of the building appears to be very traditional and aesthetically connecting with the exterior of Aramore, while the southern part is very modern with a wall of glass, offering spectacular views toward Atlanta’s skyline. Just like in many other high-end luxury buildings there are no 1-bedroom floorplans available. With less than 70 units Astoria offers an exclusive feel to its residents and it has amenities to match.

Conversion of 100 years old Cotton Mill Factory makes Stacks Lofts an absolutely unique project. There is nothing like it in Atlanta in terms of size and architectural design. If you like true authentic lofts, you will probably like Stacks.
This complex consists of 7 different buildings and each building offers a multitude of different floorplans. In many units you will find 18-foot beamed ceilings, enormous windows, spiral staircases to mezzanine levels, and a lot of exposed brick and concrete.
Unlike many other authentic loft buildings, Stacks offers some amenities, such as a gated and secured access, a fitness center, and even a swimming pool surrounded by remains of the original industrial structure.
At this moment, price per square foot in Stack is pretty high. For the same amount you could purchase a loft or a contemporary condo in a superior location. But, as we mentioned earlier, if you are an authentic loft lover, you may have a hard time finding a substitute for these loft spaces elsewhere and will inevitably have to pay the price.

When it comes to Park Central we see this building as “very average”. Here you will not find an extravagant rooftop pool with gardens or a fitness room with panoramic views of the city, as you see in some modern high-rises. But, at the same time, Park Central offers less extravagant, but just as useful, concierge, clubroom, gym, rooftop terrace, and pool.
Pricing… you guessed it, it is average! Park Central is more expensive than most of the older buildings in the area, but is cheaper than newly built Midtown high-rises.
Where Park Central is not average is its location! The building is situated in prime Midtown close to Peachtree Street, party venues located on Crescent Ave, and many restaurants and bars.
