What could an extra $300,000 mean to your family?
College for your kids?
Retiring a few years earlier?
Becoming debt-free?
Traveling?
Or simply having more freedom to live life on your terms?
That's why I get excited when I run the numbers for a family and uncover a potential $300,000 difference between two housing strategies.
If you're getting ready to move, don't automatically assume you should sell the home you're leaving.
Keeping it isn't automatically right either.
Run the numbers first.
In the example I share in this video, the difference can ultimately come down to something pretty remarkable:
👉 Mortgage until age 73
vs.
👉 Mortgage until age 97
Your home should be more than the place you live.
It should be part of your financial plan.

9. Instagram Post / Reel
For Instagram, I'd make this shorter, punchier and more visually driven:
MORTGAGE UNTIL 73… OR 97? 🤯
That's the kind of difference that can show up when we stop looking at a home as just a price and a mortgage payment.
A $300,000 swing isn't theoretical money.
It could mean:
🎓 College
🏖️ Earlier retirement
💳 Becoming debt-free
✈️ More travel
💰 Financial freedom
If you're moving, don't automatically assume selling your current home is your only option.
And don't automatically keep it either.
Run the numbers.
Your property.
Your market.
Your financial goals.
That's what Total Wallet thinking is all about.

10. Factory Style / Message Check
This one is very strongly aligned with the HomeBucks positioning.
It reinforces three important pieces of your message simultaneously: the home as part of the household's larger financial architecture, Total Wallet rather than rate-and-payment thinking, and translating financial math into the family's Dream Outcome.
The strongest line in the entire clip, from a content standpoint, may actually be:
“It's the difference between having a mortgage until you're 73 years old... or having a mortgage payment until you're 97.”
That's why I'd lead with “Mortgage Until 73… or 97? Run the Numbers First” rather than making “rental property” the headline. The rental decision is the mechanism. The 24-year difference in the family's financial outcome is the story.
